There are two fully equipped gyms located at Aqualife and Leisurelife.  

Both spacious gyms are filled with a wide range of weightlifting equipment, pin loaded machines, designated free weights areas and stretching areas.

Aqualife has a combination of indoor and outdoor lap pools, a hydrotherapy pool, kids leisure pool, steam room and spa all of which are heated all year round. 

These pools are used for everything from an infants first underwater adventure to your local schools swimming carnival and the much loved aqua aerobics classes.
