Come along and enjoy a Healthy and Nutritious Cooking demonstration, including tastings, presented by Live_Lighter Healthway. Join Scott from Onyx Movement – Perth as he shares the benefits of a holistic approach to movement. You can also visit our static exhibitors for helpful information, resources, and giveaways. A free lunch will be served at 12:00 pm, followed by a door prize draw. Light morning tea and lunch provided.
