22nd North Metro LiveLighter Aged Care Games

The 22nd North Metro (formerly Joondalup) LiveLighter Aged Care Games took place on Wednesday, 3rd September 2025 at Kingsway Sports Centre, proudly supported by our naming rights partner, LiveLighter Healthway.
The event was a great success, with enthusiastic participation from aged care teams across the region. For many, these games are a highlight of the year, with facility staff supporting participants through regular training sessions.
Cr Nat Herridge, representing the Mayor of the City of Wanneroo, officially opened the games and visited each team, offering encouragement and support. We sincerely thank the City of Wanneroo and Cr Herridge for their support of the North Metro LiveLighter Aged Care Games.
SRCWA State President Colin Steer served as MC, ensuring smooth coordination of volunteers and activities-thank you, Colin, for your outstanding leadership. Lunchtime entertainment was provided by Moyra J Scott, whose performance was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Our thanks to Moyra for her contribution to the day’s festivities.
