
The Base Belmont and Seniors Recreation Council are collaborating on a creative project that aims to bridge the generational gap. It involves young people capturing the life experiences of seniors in one-page written snapshots and also producing photographic portraits of them. It will culminate in a community exhibition to promote intergenerational connection and youth literacy.
Workshops will be held on Wednesdays from 4pm to 5:30pm

- 21st February Collecting stories workshop with Walkley award-winning journalist, photographer and author Richard Goodwin
- 28th February Photography workshop with SRCWA Photographer Martin Yates
- 6th March Taking of photo portraits with Martin Yates.
